Why see Doctor   It is extremely important for anyone who has had a seizure to see a doctor. Even people who have not had a big, obvious seizure should see a doctor if they suspect (or people tell them) that there are periods during which they are not aware of what they're doing. The doctor will try to determine whether a seizure has occurred. If so, was it caused by some medical condition (diabetes, for instance) that may need treatment? Or is the problem epilepsy? If it's epilepsy, more tests may be needed and usually medicines will be prescribed to prevent further seizures.

    The EMS Physician Advisory Committee   (EMS-PAC) makes recommendations to the  Department of Health and Family Services on  medical issues related to EMS.  Although the  EMS Advisory Board appoints members to the EMS Physician Advisory Committee, the EMS-PAC does not report directly to the Board. Listed below is a summary of the roles, duties, and interactions between the EMS Advisory Board, the EMS Physician Advisory Committee (EMS-PAC), and the State Medical Director.

Doctor

Kamiya-sensee was a doctor at a local hospital when he got his powers. He's gone slightly insane with the powers. He enjoys causing pain and suffering. He can create bugs that inject a virus into those in his territory. The virus first makes the person cold, then stops all muscle movement. If the Doctor isn't knocked out or killed, the people infected will die within ten minutes. Kamiya can also use his body as a cutting device finer than a scalpel. He has lost all feeling of pain and thus hurting him doesn't do any good. He can re-attach lost body parts with ease. Kamiya's territory is the 100 cubic meters that the hospital consists of.
